Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 May 2026
By accessing or using soundsol.co (the “Website”) you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Independent cultural listings
soundsol is an independent cultural curation and event-listing platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, soundsol is not the organiser, venue operator, ticket seller, broker, agent or contracting party for any third-party event, exhibition, performance or ticket purchase linked from the Website.
2. Event information and external links
Event information is curated from public, organiser, venue or ticketing sources and may change. soundsol does not guarantee that dates, venues, prices, availability, age restrictions, accessibility information or cancellation/refund terms are complete or up to date.
Please verify all event details with the organiser, venue or ticketing provider before travelling or buying tickets. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy notices.
3. Intellectual property and third-party materials
soundsol-owned text, branding, interface design and graphics are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute soundsol content without prior written permission.
Some event names, artist names, venue names, images, logos, descriptions, excerpts or links may belong to third-party organisers, venues, artists or rights holders. Their inclusion is for editorial, informational and attribution purposes and does not imply endorsement, partnership or ownership by soundsol.
4. Corrections and takedown requests
If you are an organiser, venue, artist or rights holder and believe that information is inaccurate or that material should be corrected, credited or removed, please contact hello@soundsol.co. We will review reasonable requests promptly.
5. Affiliate or sponsored links
Unless clearly labelled otherwise, event and ticket links are editorial links. If soundsol uses affiliate, sponsored or paid-placement links in the future, we will identify them where legally required.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” soundsol does not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of third-party event information. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability
soundsol is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In cases of slight negligence, soundsol is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Changes to these terms
soundsol may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The version available at the time of use applies, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected. If the user is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction to the extent legally permitted.
